While winter isn’t finished yet, the days are getting longer and some beautiful fine weather hints of spring approaching. Now is a great time to shrug off the cold weather sluggishness and reboot your fitness routine.

Nestled in the sporting precinct of Mount Claremont, HBF Stadium Gym provides a workout hub accessible to everyone. You’ll get the best cardio equipment, weights and fitness instructors when you become a member. People of all ages, sizes and fitness levels are welcome to enjoy HBF Stadium's modern facilities, state-of-the-art equipment, extensive group fitness timetable and one on one and small group personal training options. Adult and senior members also have access to the same elite swimming and aquatic facilities as world class swimmers. HBF Stadium Gym memberships provide fitness options for all:

1. Fitness for teens:
Meeting the safety standards of Teen Fitness Australia guidelines, HBF Stadium Gym’s Fit Club Membership gives 12 - 15 year olds managed access to our health and fitness services and a head start to establishing a healthy, active routine for life. Teens train in a fun, non-competitive, social environment, leaving them feeling happier, energized, fitter and healthier. Two levels of membership are available. Fit Club Active gives teens access to select group fitness classes including teen only Fit Club classes while Fit Club Plus for 14-15 year olds includes the above plus supervised access to the gym. All Fit Club teen memberships include an initial induction and program and ongoing program advice.

2. Fitness for adults:
You’ve heard the many benefits but getting started or maintaining your health and fitness journey can seem like an onerous task. HBF Stadium Gym prides itself on its friendly welcoming atmosphere. With our Universal Gym Membership you gain access to the gym, over 80 group fitness classes each week and the aquatic facilities. You'll receive your comprehensive fitness evaluation and personalised program on joining and fitness instructors are always available to assist with correct technique, equipment usage and to keep you motivated, ensuring you always feel supported.

If you know you need extra accountability or personalised attention, HBF Stadium Gym has personal training options to suit. Offering both one on one and small group personal training our personal trainers are equipped with the experience, qualifications and understanding to design programs individually tailored to suit your needs. We all have different goals, whether its weight loss, strength, muscle gain, body transformation or rehabilitation, our personal trainers will assist you to achieve your goals and see results.

Maintaining your workout schedule should also be seamless. At HBF Stadium parking is free, a convenient crèche is on-hand and The Lemon Tree Cafe provides the perfect place to relax after your workout with a well earnt coffee or protein smoothie and delicious healthy snack.

3. Fitness for seniors:
While older adults may not be able to do the same types of activities they did when younger, many seniors today are still able to enjoy a large range of exercises from strength and resistance training to aerobic and endurance and are encouraged to do so for the many physical and mental health benefits. At HBF Stadium Gym personalised gym programs will have you training safely in the gym and fitness instructors will be happy to highlight the most suitable group fitness classes from our timetable for your fitness level, injury history and personal style preference with many of our group fitness classes ideally suited to this age group, from deep-water aqua classes, Pilates and Get Active. You can also choose from indoor or outdoor pools to enjoy some casual lap swimming.

Personal training options, including our dedicated small group personal training Senior Circuits, provide more valuable options to train safely with more personalized attention.
