Toddler Gym
18 months – 2.5 years
1:1 Parent/Caregiver Supervision Required
This class encourages children to creatively explore and develop their physical skills at their own rate, in a safe, stimulating and exciting environment. Our passionate coaches will facilitate a short guided group activity and be encouraging growth and confidence in each child as they play and achieve milestones such a jumping for the first time!
Pre Kindy Gym
2.5 – 3.5 Years
1:1 Parent/Caregiver Supervision Required
Parent involvement at this age will foster a positive, nurturing relationship allowing a greater rate of development physically due to the child feeling secure in a known, friendly and supportive environment. With the benefit of having the parent/caregiver’s assistance, the coaches will be introducing challenging skills that the child will get to practise throughout the class to perfect.
3yo Kindy Gym
3 – 4 years
No parent/caregiver supervision required
This class will focus on developing the whole child – socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically. Parents will be supporting from the side allowing the coaches to take their small group of children through a variety of activities challenging their strength, coordination and courageousness.
4yo Kindy Gym
4 & 5 years
No parent/caregiver supervision required
Children will be challenged to develop their strength and coordination in order to accomplish gymnastic specific skills such as handstands, cartwheels and leaps. The relationship between the coaches and children will be built on trust and encouragement, working always to improve the child’s confidence, self-esteem, social and physical skills.
Junior Gym
5 & 6 years
Recreational Gymnastics
This is a vigorous and energetic program where the kids will be introduced to specific apparatus skills and be taught how to perform them with correct technique. The children will be utilising the whole facility learning skills on the rings, beams, bars and more!
Primary Gym
7 & 8 Years
Recreational Gymnastics
Here we allow the kids to develop skills on their favourite apparatus, as we introduce them to "personal progression". This fun energetic class will have the kids learning skills such a round offs, dive rolls, swings and much more.
Advanced Primary Gym
9 & 10 years
Recreational Gymnastics
The child’s physical and social skills will be greatly exercised in this class. Working together with other children as well as our skilled coaches to improve their gymnastics and conditioning. The fast-flowing class structure allows the children to safely progress into more complex and challenging gymnastics skills through the term. We also let them practice routines for their end of term presentation.
