It's time to celebrate our gym & swim school members by hosting a Member Appreciation Day on Friday 31st of March.
Join us between 7.00am - 11:30am to enjoy the special activities below.
- Free Small Group Personal Training sessions.
- Smoothie samples from Lemon Tree Cafe.
- Big Outdoor Pilates from 10:30am - 11:30am out on the grass area between Carpark 1 and Stephenson Road.
- Bordoni Sportswear from 8:00am - 10:00am.
- Stalls from popular gym partners; Fiski Goggles, Swimmer's World and Supplement Mart.
- Workshop presented by Lachlan from Ascend Physiotherapy (Get Ready to Run!) from 10:00am - 10:30am.
