It's time to celebrate our gym & swim members by hosting our Members Appreciation Day on Friday, the 19th of April.

Join us in and around the HBF Stadium Gym for some fun and exciting activities before midday!

• Lemon Tree Cafe - Sample some flavoursome smoothies between 7:30am and 10:30am.
• Supplement Mart - Samples and giveaways in the gym between 8:30am and 10:30am.
• Ascend Physiotherapy - In the gym for advice from 10:00am to 12:00pm.

A 30 minute fun workshop on setting your intentions for 2024 with simple tips and actions to assist you in making you dreams a reality in 2024.

PWR Pilates Demonstration

Jade Harrison-Coombs - VenuesWest Fitness Professional, Pilates & Yoga Instructor

PWR Pilates is a 45 minute class with matwork exercises and props for added resistance such as loop bands and dumbbells. This class is an exciting and powerful Pilates full body strength workout.

Workout with a friend on Member Appreciation Day for FREE. Call reception on 9441 8259 to register your friend with a pass for the day. Alternatively, see reception on the day to book your place in a class and train together!
