Guest Coaching Sessions for December & January holidays:
WAIS diving athlete and VenuesWest Brand Ambassador - Nikita Hains
Having always had a passion for sport from a young age, Nikita started out in gymnastics before taking on diving where she trains at our very own HBF Stadium. At only 16 years of age, she has already accomplished more than most including winning Silver at the Australian Elite Junior Championships this year, winning gold and silver at the 2016 Amsterdam Diving Cup and placing third in the women’s platform semi-finals at the 2016 Olympic Trials. Nikita is now striving for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games and then focusing on the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.
Her Kids Sports Club sessions offer an exciting opportunity for participants to learn from an elite athlete, watch her perform a dive display and hear about her career so far. Kids will learn the fundamental technique and skills of diving that Nikita developed with Diving WA including jumping, entering the water and basic body techniques.
Perth Cheer & Dance
The energetic Perth Cheer & Dance crew will facilitate interactive cheerleading sessions. The kids will be taken through a set of fun skills, drills and tricks with the opportunity to watch a demonstration at the end of the session.
Western Australian Cricket Association
