Coming from a dancing background, I have always had a profound love and respect for the human body and what is achievable through hard work and discipline. After suffering an injury which ended my dancing career, I started taking Pilates classes for rehab and instantly knew that teaching Pilates and exercise in general was my new path in life.
I believe in building a sustainable routine; one that excites you to come into the gym and move in a way that feels good. Your wins are my wins, and it is my honour to help people every day make small steps towards their big goals!
