Adult Gymnastics

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Unfortunately, Adult Gym will not be returning after the Christmas break and the last class will be Thursday 21 December.

Gym Fit, our adult gymnastics classes won't make you wear a leotard but will help you develop your coordination, flexibility, power and strength.

Gym Fit is suitable for men and women wanting to improve their general fitness, core strength and body control.
Our classes cater for beginners through to the advanced - so whether you're new to gymnastics or a little rusty, you'll get results and have fun. Additional time is also allocated after each class so you can practice your skills.
