School Carnival Swim Squad

For many swimmers a school swimming carnival is the first time they have ever swum in a race, or the first time they have swum at the venue. 

Our school carnival swim squad teaches swimmers how to participate in a race so that they can achieve their personal best and help to minimize the nerves often involved in participating in a race for the first time. Sessions focus on race starts and diving off the block, relay changeovers and stroke development.
