There are 1100 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.
About five years ago I decided to invest in my health and well-being after a regular health check with my doctor revealed early warning signs.
Most people go on medication for the rest of their life but I decided to become a member of HBF Stadium fitness centre. Since then I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and increased my cardio fitness considerably without taking medication. I’m healthier now in my fifties than I was in my forties and thirties. Training six days a week made a huge difference, and if the improvements in my fitness keep coming I cannot imagine what kind of shape I will be in when I hit ninety.
What is also important is that I am setting a great example for my teenage son who has been my training partner since he was thirteen years old. I love the fact that because he started lifting weights at the young age of thirteen, he went from a scrawny physique to become a high school champion swimmer because of his athletic build. He also went on to represent Western Australia in other sports.
