There are 1100 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.

We're glad to announce that our Member Strength Battle is back for a second season, kicking off Thursday 1 February for 12 weeks.
Member Strength Battle is a fun strength and endurance competition for gym members. Test yourself on a series of exercises: functional, strength and general fitness. Our second season will include 12 battles (2 more than last year) and we've made sure that the workouts this season are even more challenging than the last.
So let's all get ready for it.
Our best advice as coaches to members is to work on their squats, deadlifts, chin-ups and press ups because we are doing quite a bit of these essential movements for the entire season. To complete their cardio and strength fitness we highly recommend Metafit, MetaPWR and MAX NRG group fitness classes. Members are encouraged to organise some PT sessions for further and more specific advice which is the path last year's winner took.

This season there are three session options per week to choose from. In addition to our traditional Thursday night session we've added Monday and Wednesday morning options. (Choose 1 session/week)
