FREE workshop: Gut health 101
Reading time: 8 minutes
Did you know that there are up to 10 times more bacteria in our gut than cells in our body? You can only then imagine how much of an influence this bacteria must have on our body.
Combining both her clinical practice and latest scientific literature, Nikiita Jackson will be presenting 'Gut Health 101' to help you understand why gut health determines our health in general, and what you can do to improve yours.
In this seminar you will learn:
- What 'gut health' actually is
- The common daily behaviours you are doing that destroy your gut health
- The obvious and not so obvious ways your gut bacteria contribute to your overall health
- How poor gut health might be involved in seemingly unrelated health conditions
- How your gut might be influencing the way you think and feel
- What 'the go' is with probiotics
- Actionable steps you can do to optimise your gut health
Nikiita will also be staying around at the end of the seminar to answer any Q&A’s you may have.

About Nikiita Jackson
Nikiita is currently in her last semester of studying Naturopathy at Endeavour College. Naturopathic medicine involves using diet, lifestyle & environmental modifications, herbs, and nutraceuticals to treat acute and chronic health conditions. Nikiita has a clinical focus in women's health, however frequently this involves treating gut and digestive health. This has resulted in Nikiita becoming very friendly with 'the gut', with the discussion of someone's bowel movements being an odd but extremely insightful daily hot topic.
