Keep your fitness goals on track by ensuring your workouts are pain and injury free.
Join David Philpot, Sports and Manipulative Physiotherapist from Ascend Physiotherapy, as he shares the ‘do’s and don’ts of working out in the gym to prevent back injury and pains. There will be demonstrations and time to discuss questions.
David and the Ascend Physio team are in regular contact with all our trainers, working closely with patients and trainers to ensure pain free, injury free workouts, keeping you on track to achieve your fitness goals.
Ascend Physiotherapy is located, just up the gym ramp. You can call on 9387 2699, or just drop in to discuss an injury or appointment!
About David
David is an experienced Sports and Manipulative Physiotherapist from Ascend Physiotherapy. He has worked with Australia’s best Basketball players and teams. He was the Head Physio at Australia’s 2016 Rio Olympics Men’s Basketball Team, the Boomers.
