There are 1100 parking spaces at the venue including disabled and motorbike bays. Bicycle racks are located by the entrance to secure your bike. A parking fee may apply during major events.
It’s getting to that time of year again. Each morning gradually becomes darker. The hours of sunshine become shorter and each night cooler. Winter is shortly upon us.
It is also around this time of year when children begin to hang up their swimmers, pool toys and swimming abilities until next summer. However, swimming shouldn’t stop just because the hot weather is over! Maintaining your child’s swimming abilities is just as important in winter as it is in summer.
It is amazing how easy it is for children to regress in the skills they learnt from swimming lessons the previous summer!
A way to overcoming this regression is winter swimming lessons. Winter swimming lessons provide a range of physical, mental and social benefits for your child, the six most beneficial include:
