Specialties

  • Changing life through fitness

Background

With a background in triathlon my greatest strength has always been endurance. With repetitive movements comes higher risk of injuries, if form is not in the centre of attention. Therefore, muscle balance, endurance and strength forms a triangle that allows us to improve sport performance, reduce health risks, or look and feel better. Building a solid foundation at any stage of life is the beginning of transformation. As a fitness instructor, I want to equip you with not only the skills, but also the knowledge of how to reach your fitness and health goals and as a Personal Trainer, help you realize what your body is capable of.

Achievements

  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness
  • Strength & Conditioning Coach Level 1 – Australian Strength & Conditioning Association
  • Registered Exercise Professional Level 2 – Fitness Australia
  • Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (study in progress)

Philosophy

“You don’t have to be great to start. But you DO have to start to be great.”
- Zig Zagler
