I’ve worked in the health and fitness industry the past 6 years. My interest in the field was sparked by my own weight loss journey, having lost 15kg of body fat and putting on 12kg of muscle mass around 2010. This also showed me how necessary weight training is for an athlete.
I have played baseball from a young age, reaching high levels here in WA and throughout Australia and coached for some time in the USA. I have coached and trained many athletes from various sports and age groups which has developed a keen interest and passion for Athletic Performance Preparation.
I am currently in my final year of a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and intend to my Masters in Strength and Conditioning following my undergraduate degree.
