I have been working in the health, fitness and sports field since 1996 and have thoroughly enjoyed every step of the way.
I would like to offer my knowledge and broad experience as a fitness instructor focusing on all forms of physical exercise including strength conditioning, rehabilitation and athlete injury prevention. With 20 years’ experience within the sports and exercise physiology field I am experienced in providing personal training to all ages and levels of fitness from those beginning their fitness journey to the elite level athlete. I am also involved in providing education and training to fellow instructors.
