I am a health and fitness coach and a mother of one with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have been fortunate to be brought up with an active and supportive family watching mum and dad competing in various sports we were always active within our community, part of a gym, group fitness, surf club and more. It was like a big family with so much support, encouragement and motivation to progress in everything we did in sport and life as well! This is what I hope to offer others, keeping the right positive people and coach close by will help get you anywhere.
In previous years I have worked with so many people all with different goals, it wasn’t before long I found my core focus which was to help women with their health and fitness goals including both during pregnancy and guiding new mums back into exercise one step at a time. After having a bub of my own and tackling all that motherhood brings, I felt like there needed to be more information and guidance for new mums, especially post birth for rebuilding overall strength, including pelvic floor, improving posture and muscle imbalances. You might even have older children? Once postpartum always postpartum.
I am very passionate about our health and have been doing continuous training to provide the best service and training tools to my clients, because the way I see it we’re in this together. I am determined to help women find a balance with lifestyle and training through tailored exercise programs. I also believe we have the power to inspire others especially our children to strive for progress in everything they do, showing the next generation how good life can be with exercise and healthy eating. Act out the life you want and wish for your family, before you know it, you won’t be acting, you’ll be living it!
