It might just be another stereotypical story of a young boy that suffered bullying at school and family as a result of being too skinny. When I was 9 back in 1993 I saw this movie called “No Retreat, No Surrender’ that had a very strong impact on my life. It made me realise how much physical training, strength and appearance could be an essential tool for changing my whole world. So I started training ever since and when I finished uni I decided to help other people to triumph their physical and fitness goals too. Today, I have over 12 years of experience in this wonderful industry and I know for myself that exercising and fitness can unleash the best outcomes in life.
