Philosophy
You don’t have to be fit to start exercising, but you do have to start to get fit. Exercise is not a 100-meter sprint, it’s a marathon, it’s going to take a little time to reach your goal and once you get there, its will feel amazing. Just take your time, you’ll meet some amazing people on the way, people going through the same journey, share your story and stay focussed.
