Background

Originally from Zimbabwe and lucky enough to have called both Germany and Australia my adopted home. I bring with me a varied exercise and sports background including all kinds of dance, gymnastics, athletics and functional strength training.

I am passionate about helping people achieve a balance between strength and suppleness to allow for ease in the body, at rest and at play. I enjoy working with clients to improve how they feel in their body, helping them increase strength and fitness, as well as flexibility and mobility to alleviate restrictions and unnecessary muscular tension.
