I am originally from Brazil where I completed my undergraduate studies in physical education and sports science and postgraduate studies in biomechanics, physical assessment and exercise prescription. I moved to Australia in 2008 and have been working at HBF Stadium since 2009.
I’ve worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, fitness instructor and group fitness instructor since 2000 in a variety of gyms, fitness studios and fitness centres. My clientele is a mix of clients of all ages from teens to the elderly. I am very passionate about my job and I am very happy that I have been helping my clients achieving their goals all these years. I just love it
