I have a keen interest in the fitness, sports, and health science industries with a background in a variety of disciplines. I always ensure that I take what I learn from my personal experiences and education and implement this in my personal training. Everything that I prescribe, I have tried and tested on myself already.
I have coached personal and group training for a variety of clients (aged from children to seniors), as well as having competed in physique bodybuilding in the past. Regarding sports, I have been heavily involved with soccer for most of life (playing and coaching), more recently sticking to the likes of futsal and basketball. I have also had the opportunity to learn from elite coaches from various sports which included a season long practical application with elite level rugby athletes. This opportunity taught me about training for injury prevention, athletic performance, and strength and conditioning.
I am also very interested in other aspects of health science, having previously been employed as a Cardiac Technician and currently studying a Master’s degree in Clinical Audiology at the University of Western Australia. Given my experience I have a variety of services that I can offer you to cater to any goals.
- Bachelor of Exercise Science (ECU)
- Sports Trainer Level 1 (Sports Medicine Australia)
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness (West Coast Institute of Training)
- Graduate Certificate in Electrocardiograph interpretation (Benchmarque Group)
